Refund policy


If an item arrives damaged due to the fault of Tropic Wholesale Essentials, please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package IS required. If the item is damaged due to shipping (postal service) you have to file a claim with United parcel Service (UPS). Once packages are in UPS’ care, they are now responsible. All priority mail orders have USPS insurance. We recommend choosing priority shipping at the time of checkout. 


All sales are final and you agree to this policy once you complete the purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to help find a solution or reship your order once verified.  Refunds are accepted only before an order is processed. 

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United Parcel Service (UPS). Tropical Organicz does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are handcrafted. Please allow time for your item to be made with love, packaged and carefully dispatched.
